Description

Last night,/this morning there were two men and a woman talking very loudly at 3:30 a.m. leaning against the park rail. (It woke me up, and my bedroom is at the back of the house.) Several nights before, there were a group of 10-15 individuals in their late teens or early 20s in the park talking loudly after midnight. Can we please post signs regarding park closing time (10:00 p.m.? I don't know what the standard time is.) and ask district police to drive by after this time to get the point across? Thanks very much!
