The resident at 1314 confirmed that he placed the yard waste in this location. I have contacted Code Enforcement to resolve the issue.
A second pile of debris was left along the northeast side of the stream by Dekalb DWM after removing some trees near the sewer line. A work order will be issued to remove the material.
