  Again asking for status update. The heavy rain we got yesterday did not help the situation. I’m still worried about the driveway collapsing. The last update I got on 6/10 advised that the project had been turned over to a supervisor.

  It has now been over two weeks since this problem was reported and a video of the problem was taken by the city. I was extremely impressed that the city responded on the same day as I reported the issue. I am now equally disappointed my requests for a status update have gone unanswered. My 70 year old wife is very concerned about the driveway collapsing under the weight of our car. This happened 5 years ago as well! The video clearly showed a major hole in the sewer water drainage pipe.
