Description

If checked you will see this is maybe my fourth or fifth time with this complaint. I roll my cart out Wednesday night with my grass and leaves for pickup Thursday. Again they do not even come down
my street. I roll my cart back up Friday morning because the bi-laws
state I can't leave my cart out all the time. I will have my cart out again next Thursday. Please advise those workers who don't like to work to please pick up my leaves and grass. Thank you;
