We have worked hard to maintain the right of way next to our property for the beautification of the neighborhood. At times heavy equipment is brought through and has caused a drainage issue. Each year we try to fix it but there is an area that holds water. It requires dirt to be brought in to it to bring it to a level where the drainage will flow.
We are asking if the city could bring some dirt to fix the problem.
Also there is a right of way access along the back of the properties that could be used as access for the heavy equipment. We also maintain this but has better drainage.
