As a resident on this street and someone who walks along this road I feel unsafe. With the speed along this road, vehicles failing to slow down when pedestrians are present, and the presents of large trucks illegally cutting thru I feel that I put my life at risk every time I walk along this street. When I back out of my driveway I am in fear of being rear ended as frequently impatient drivers veer around me and pass at speed or tail gate. This is a dangerous and unsafe situation. The situation is not conducive to being a residential street. If something is not done about this I fear someone will be in an accident, injured, or killed.
