Agreed with anonymous. Why not go talk to them now, during the daytime, and let them know it’s an issue? Perhaps a little personal interaction would do better to de-escalate rather than a squad car.

Yes, Baker and Anonymous are both correct. Real neighbors should speak with each other instead of calling the fuzz. Police and/or LCI involvement just creates spite and the inevitable domino effect of everyone calling the cops.

First off they were spoken to on numerous occasion and it doesn’t help because they still do what ever they want!! If you want to be loud and work on cars during the day then so be it but at night when people are trying to sleep is just unacceptable!! Maybe some people don’t have jobs to get up for early in the morning but we do and when your sleep is disturbed because of there behaviour is also unacceptable because we have to go to work tired with a few hours of sleep, if these people love working on cars at night maybe they should rent a garage in a business area and do what they want instead of keeping people up at night!!

Your advice to call the cops is admirable, but I believe it might be better for some folks to follow different advice. Not everybody speaks English as a native language. Native English speakers are rare in this neighborhood.

We also shared a link to this issue with the property owner / manager. We asked that they reach out to the occupant.

Here it is 2:37am and this guy is at it again!!! This is getting ridiculous now!! The police don’t do anything and this is why he keeps getting away with it!! He keeps beeping the horn on the car and moves cars all times at night and fills our street up with all junk cars with no plates and takes parking from actual home owners because of him people can’t even have guests over because there is no parking and he even parks on the opposite side of the street where the park is because he has so many vehicles!! If the police aren’t going to do anything then the landlord from that property needs to because he can’t be doing this all times of night!!!

Perhaps jot down the phone number listed on the for sale sign on one of his cars, and call him next time he wakes you up to ask him to stop?
