Description

A tree located at 5123 Blue Spruce Lane, Charlotte, 28227 has grown up around a street lamp. The tree shades the light so much that the light is on during the day. I assume the street light has a dusk-to-dawn sensor on it and this is why the light stays lit. I have called 311 3 times in recent years asking them to investigate. Each time I logged a complaint with 311 I was told this was a "Department of Transportation" issue. Either way, nothing has been done about cutting the tree away from the street light
