Galahad is a public street with a speed limit of 35 mph...the City's standard citywide limit unless otherwise posted. Typically the City would not sign streets with the standard 35 mph speed limit unless it is a very unusual circumstance.

You may referring to the access street entering Wake Medical Center from New Bern Ave. This is a private street maintained by the hospital. They can both establish a speed limit and enforce it on their own property, but the City would not enforce any limit established by the Hospital management.
