AMERICAN LEGION PLAYGROUND NEEDS A POLICE DETAIL 24/7!!!!! Fire works and Roman candles being set off from 6pm through 3am! I have 2 newborns that get woken up every hour! Our whole house does! We fall asleep these people set off more and drive off. The park needs to be shut down at night and monitored. There’s trash everywhere. Debris from the fireworks. We call 911 and no police show up. It’s brutal. We’re getting pushed out of a city we have called home for 30-60 years because these people have no respect. I should be able to walk my newborns in their carriage around the track and I can’t because there’s hundreds of people playing soccer, littering, spitting, and urinating everywhere.
