Who cares who owns the property? Just clean it up. i am sure if it is private property, the owners would not mind you picking up the trash there. I know where you can get a grabber at. :)

check the where did this report go. Hampton is not on it. Again this is a third party site that they choose not to monitor. Hampton uses 311 phone and internet. Again if you don't care report it here and it doesn't go to Hampton. Seeclickfix staff does not report to the City for you. They also try to get Cities to purchase aspects of this site to use this site as their reporting tool.

Just clean it up. Clean city moniters the site. they will clean this up.
