This is a gap between buildings 260 and 262 Grand Avenue where trash collects and is virtually impossible to remove
I don't know if this is the case but I see stories all the time on the New York news station that people live with trash build up in the Hallways of buildings and demand that the landlord clean it up. Who trash is it does the landlord drop off his trash there daily?
The people liven there need to step up and take care of there trash. If it is these people liven there that is doing this maybe talk to the landlord and see what he can do to help resolve this.
