There is an excessive amount of trash including random waste and household trash in the alley behind the building. Additionally men frequently pee in the alley and so it smells like urine and needs to be cleaned.

Though this is a problem, I'll never help with this problem. I have to spend all my time defending myself from allegations of illegal activity.oh and I make sure these constituents are cited for trash fines in excess of $2,000 even though the vagrants are responsible for the trash and human waste. Off to my next coffer stuffing meeting.
