Though this is a problem, I'll never help with this problem. I have to spend all my time defending myself from allegations of illegal activity.oh and I make sure these constituents are cited for trash fines in excess of $2,000 even though the vagrants are responsible for the trash and human waste. Off to my next coffer stuffing meeting.

The pee problem is way, way worse than the trash. The stench is so bad in front of and to the side of the HEALTH clinic that it burns your eyes when you walk by. The alley entrance between this building and the health clinic on 14th needs to be hosed down with high pressure hose, possibly mixed with vinegar or some other acid to neutralize the DISGUSTING stench. Then monitored by police.
