Thank you for your report on matter. The signals were tested and all appear to be working at this time. I did notice that they are an older style and the crosswalk function is a fixed red/yellow . I have sent this information to the City Engineer so they may schedule a replacement for this area.

Engineering Department is working on signal upgrades, to be completed this fiscal year.
