Description

This is not a pothole, it's a manhole cover that needs to be raised because when truck's tires hit it, it makes a loud bang and usually shakes my house. It's really bad with cement trucks but just as bad with the loud rattling crashing when landscape trucks filled with tools pass over it. This starts as early as 5 am.
