Description
This is an empty lot that has not been mown recently and whomever owns the lot has never mowed it. The neighbor who has been doing it has since been unable and this overgrowth is leading to increase in mice in my home. Consistent maintenance would be greatly appreciated to address the mice issue as well as overall aesthetics for the street/city.
