Update from Community Services: thank you for your post. The maintenance of trees/vegetation located in the right-of-way is actually the responsibility of the abutting property owner. If you feel that there is vegetation at a particular location that is encroaching the street and is in need of trimming, and that the abutting property owner is not maintaining it as they are required to do, please contact the Codes Compliance Assistance Department at 727-893-7373 and provide the address of the property where the vegetation is located.
