We share a property line with Fairmount Cemetery. Along our property line is a drainage area that the cemetery is responsible for keeping clear. They have not cleared the area for several years despite fallen trees, brush and tree debris left behind after cutting one down. We have repeatedly made the cemetery caretaker aware of this issue due to concern with flooding issues but they have not met their responsibility to clear the drainage area. I recently cleared a small area around the actual drain plate but there is still much to clear from the very long drainage area which runs behind all the houses on my side of the street. Now, as you can see in the attached picture they are dumping debris over the side of the hill above us which will inevitably end up in the drainage area over time as rain forces the debris down the hill. I called the cemetery today to complain but I have not heard back from them. I would be grateful if this situation can be rectified as soon as possible. Wes Zeliff 9082292992.
