Address is wrong it might be 833 high ave nw canton bug brown sided house sits between 2 vacant lots. Dog still doesn't get tied up when they do decide to tie the dog up its on a very short lead where it could get it self tangled up or hang itself on the bushes or porch. Stark County sheriff has been there but that didn't seem to do any good. Has chased people riding bicycles down the road a block away from it's own property.
