I also live on Hickory Circle. I'm not friends with this family so don't think I'm just sticking up for them but I don't see this as a big problem. However, I do drive a truck so maybe I'm up a little higher so I can see over the bank and I just drive really slow around the bend.
Is it a bit of a nuisance? Yeah but I don't blame the guy. I just chalk it up to the harshest winter we've had in quite some time. It's everywhere, not just on our circle. There's nowhere to put any of it. I say as long as the guy who owns the house that he's pushing the snow into doesn't mind then it's ok by me.
Could he have his kids knock the pile down some so people in cars can see? Maybe but if it's really that much of a concern you could either ask him to stop or just go the other way around. It is a circle after all.
I know it seems like an eternity but this snow will be gone sometime. Then we get to worry about all of the flooding.
