They don’t respond to loud music complaining 😡 I have a neighbor who starts at 5 am with gospel/rap ect till 1 am 🤦🏻‍♀️Police ride by and leave. The landlord is a slum lord 🤦🏻‍♀️

The sad reality here is the the ordinance, whi refers to these offenses applicable all day, "especially" after 10;00 PM, has no teeth, no fines or consequences. i used to live in Miami Beach a very difficult are to police from this standpoint as it Party town, Apart from it own noise control and environment division, all officers re equipped with noise level meters.There are fines which escalate for repeat offenses, and for business up to losing their liquor and hen business licences.Meters are also placed strategically near offenders locations. Here the police juts o a brief stop and go, some times this can be effective. Even if ineffective, th good thing about callng police is that the offender gets in record, which cold be useful in case of civil action,
