I've seen this guy going to the bathroom twice in the past two weeks. Please remove his truck - it hasn't moved in a long time.

Agree, there has been a lot more homeless camping along that side of NE 165th Street in the past two months.

Yep, I'm tired of dodging his piles of poop while I'm walking with my children down the sidewalk. I will not tolerate this any longer. It's not only illegal, but a huge health hazard.

Just walked by again, this time I noticed that in addition to the red Toyota truck I reported above, there is also now a black Toyota Tacoma with someone sleeping in the canopy in the back. This is getting ridiculous. Apparently the street is just a homeless compound now.

It just occurred to me that the black truck is associated with the red truck. Totally an illegal encampment. PLEASE remove these vehicles.

Also, keep an eye out for a white full size Ford van with no interior, I saw someone hanging out in the back of one this morning and when he saw me make eye contact with him as I drove by, he quickly got in the driver's seat and moved the van to a different part of the neighborhood. He was also parked in line with the red truck, along the Access bus lot fence.

Good luck getting the city to do anything about this. Public defecation is the new normal.

Just passed by the red truck and it’s still there. White Ford Taurus with homeless gentleman has also returned right next to the red truck.

I wish they would tell us how this is "resolved" since the truck is still there

All they did was put a parking enforcement sticker on the truck window. Didn't phase him, he tore it off and continued to pile stuff up next to the truck anyway.

I guess I'll just be reporting this once a day until they clear him out. I'd appreciate it if you guys would do the same. Every couple weeks another homeless person joins him and parks their car up and down the street. It's only a matter of time before they start working their way down the hill and further into the neighborhood. The other night I noticed three different people sleeping in their cars just on that half block.

Reported this evening to CRT. Becoming a serious problem and, as mentioned, word seems be getting out that this a thinly monitored area.

Just to update everyone, the issue has been closed because he moved his truck across the street into the apartment complex lot...so I'm sure he will be back on the street soon.

And just as I anticipated, the truck is moved back to the exact same spot it's been for a month, and he has piles of stuff all over the sidewalk. City of Shoreline, you guys need to drive by in the afternoon.

City of Shoreline CECRT went and tagged the vehicle for towing on 06/16/20 and then spoke to the individual later that day about the requests the city had received and the vehicle was moved. The city can tag vehicles for towing if has been unmoved for 72 hours, unlicensed, or inoperable. For homeless concerns or public indecency please call King County Sheriffs Office at the time the issue is occurring at the non-emergency of 206-296-3311 and a deputy can respond.

I just drove by and he and his red truck are there with tools and lumber and all kinds of personal items all over the sidewalk and against the fence. Please come out again and assess.
