Water in the road at the intersection of Las Colinas Blvd and La Villita Blvd is not draining properly. The standing water remains for long periods of time after it rains. The standing water in the road is a health hazard due to the ongoing threat of the West Nile virus. Is it possible for the City of Irving to repair the road to ensure that the water drains properly?
