The light is still out, at least nine months now.

I'm not sure why it takes so many months to fix a LED street light? Could you please advise if the city is responsible for maintaining the street lights along the back shore or National Grid?

This issue is more than just changing a lightbulb. The feeder line needs to be replaced and there is an easement issue which is what the hold up is.

We have not forgotten about this and are working on it.

The new Halyard Apartment complex at Gloucester Crossing was built in less time than to fix this one street light. Is the broken feeder line inside the light post? If this is out of control of the city DPW, who is in control of this? Does the state DPW own this?
