Description
There is an ATT utility box in the sidewalk with a broken lid. It is a serious tripping hazard because it's basically a hole in the ground. I tried calling AT&T and got some guy who tried to sell me TV service. The web page is useless. So, you guys have to contact them or fix it yourselves before someone trips in the hole and cracks their skull.
