Yes ,I know it sucks and is pretty rude ,they should have a law if people are dumb enough to walk out in front of your car when they know it is wrong to do and the innocent motorist tried to stop we should not be liable for their stupidity they will be the first ones to try to sue anyone for this , it is true (I meant this for General Public Speaking for anyone to read , and yes people yell four letter words at people ,hand gestures ,but doing such tasks people can get violent and then their is a big question what next ? It is aggravationg ,but we need to move on .

I agree with javamom. We are nice and warm in our cars while these people and may I add all the kids trying to walk to and from school, I see it every day on E305 st. Why isn't the city forcing these homeowners to clean the snow from their sidewalk as well as their driveway? I think people these days are just plain lazy and they dont care about anyone but themselves!! Sad! Next time you see someone in need why dont you try to be the better person? You panic because your only thinking of yourself and what you need!! Its cold out there so be kind to people and let them have the right of way, you know it is the law for the pedestrian to have the right of way! Maybe you should not drive at all, it sounds like your going to be the cause of an accident, not the the pedestrian! Have a nice day!

I have asked the public what should I do about avoiding people walking in the street, and the public has suggested having compassion on these people and use caution to avoid them. So now, that is what I intend to do.Even though it is nerve racking, I see the common good in having compassion on people and to thank God for what I have. Thank you!
