Despite efforts to get tenants to remove debris, tv & cut lawn it hasn’t been done. They say they don’t know how to contact homeowner. At least 4 people were living there as of last week.

Can you take pictures of the cars in the back yard and email them to me at codeenforce@randolph-ma.gov. We are not allowed to go on peoples property unless we are invited. If and when I can not see into a backyard, I request that the person sends to my email photos that I can use to send pictures with the Warning to show Owner what the complaint is for.
