One of the walk signals does not work at Rice Square, the one in front of J&J pizza.

Q. Is the traffic signal flashing, stuck on a color, or black/off?
A. The walk signal never comes on after pressing button.
Q. At what intersection is the signal?
A. Rice Square
Q. Has there been an accident at this location?
A. No but it makes it dangerous to cross the street with my dog.
