When people approach the park owners take their dogs and go!! There are 10 dog owners that live around the park and we all do this!! I have never heard of the incident you speak of but we are all responsible pet owners in the neighborhood and it is not fair to punish the people who live next to the park. I clean up my dogs waste as does everyone else who lives by the park. So just the neighborhood can use it. I hope you realize wild animals are also pooping all over the park....
