Wide area power problem this morning. Found the controller backup memory battery was bad. Highly unusual the signal wasn't flashing instead of being stuck in red. Replaced the battery, back in operation. The Department of Public Works has resolved this request. Thanks for helping to keep Burlington a great place to live and work.
