Description

This little triangle of land is covered with litter. The sidewalks are overgrown and in bad repair, but the entire area is just covered in discarded cups, paper plates, bags,etc. seems like most of it has been there a while too. It probably doesn't qualify as illegal dumping, but the owner of this parcel of land should at least maintain what's there.
