Description

Each evening, starting around 9:30 pm and continuing until at least midnight, residents in the neighborhood are shooting off fireworks literally 2 blocks from the 123 precinct. Besides the outside neighborhood dogs howling and barking, my indoor pets are terrified. I cannot believe this continues night after night when the police are in ear-shot !! I have lived in Tottenville my entire 55 years and it has never been this bad.
