We need something done with the rodent problem in this area. I live on Harvard St. This has been an issue since last year. I see rats running around in my yard and on the streets. This problem began with the streets in ward 7 being dug up for new pipes to be installed. Well now we have a problem that cannot be ignored. There are some problems with neighbors yards that have trash and debris which only adds to this situation. Can we at least start with the City doing some bait traps since it started with the City? Tax payers need answers.
