I reported this the other day and they said it’s just flooding from excessive rain which was a lazy response. The problem is squarely with Lennar and that construction. No silpat fence for water containment.
Typical of COH to allow these builders free reign to negatively impact the community for their own convenience and profit. That construction project has wreaked havoc and massive inconvenience on the surrounding area since it began. And taking into consideration how much of a disaster the intersections are at both Taylor/Spring and Taylor/I-10 already, I can't imagine how bad it's going to be once there are residents in those apartments. Incredibly poor foresight and planning.
