Description
Right in the middle of Second Avenue at the intersection of Marshall Street, commercial grade fireworks being set off. Called Dispatch multiple times. "We have no one available, but we'll get someone there as soon as possible." This is the standard response from dispatch. And in the meantime, this activity goes on and on and on. This is a disgrace to the quality of life in Albany. Shame on you Mayor Sheehan!

It comes several nights a week. These are professional fireworks that look and sound like the ones at the Plaza. They are coming from several places along Second Ave, but the main player is on Hurlbut near Second between Delaware and Second. Our dog is a mess. Weekdays and weekends. Really affecting quality of life around here. Hundreds maybe thousands endure this crap so a few yahoos can get their jollies.
PLEase, please, please, police - know you are busy but this has gone completely unchecked for too long, they know it and are taking full advantage.
