That vehicle used to be over in Hegenberger Loop. Totally illegal to drive - no plate, no sticker, etc. He must have gotten kicked off Hegenberger Loop.

OPD 510-777-3333 as it is a traffic hazard and blocking/obstructing the bike lane.

Shortly after I filed this report, I watched as an Oakland Police cruiser drove right by it without slowing down. Thanks, officer.

OPD can't do anything until they hear from Joe DeVries. Email Council Member Gallo at ngallo@oaklandca.gov. He cleans up there every Sunday and says nothing. One of the SUV's was doing repair work with fuel & oil draining into the ground. BCDC and Bay Trail have been notified too.

Thanks David Coleman. Maybe some of those residents setting off fireworks - could put some heat under the City of Oakland bureaucratic red tape regarding campers, etc. Hard to believe there isn't a City owned, vacant lot they can allow RV/Trailer camping on with porta potties, hand washing stations, dumpsters & rules to follow.

There IS a city-owned vacant lot -- it's called the Oakland Coliseum/Oracle Arena parking lot (which will surely not be used for sports fans for the foreseeable future..)

Daryel is definitely the best ‘go to guy’! Hit these guys hard with emails & photos. We can not loose both sides of Alameda Ave and watch trash, human waste, fuel & oil go into the Estuary

There vacabt lots they have rvs put into already. Unfortunatly only certain people qualified for that. People with kids, or registered rvs and alot of other things. They didnt want to run background checks so they didnt allow everyone
