Here's the latest in the litany of boats and questionable junkyard activity on this property. This is a residential neighborhood not an industrial zone. Earlier today they were bailing out and throwing containers of toxic waste water from this trashed boat across the fence onto private property. Unacceptable. It's not only disrespectful it's illegal and an environmental violation. Not sure what they are doing to the boat, but this neighborhood is not zoned as a junk yard operation where old fiberglass boats are stripped and toxic carcinogenic materials are improperly handled. We've also smelled burning plastic and seen black smoke emerging from this back yard compound in the past weeks. This combined with the illegally zoned swimming pool which is a living nightmare.
