Actually this is at Sussex and Washington 1 block from Grand. Yes it is overflowing. less than half a block down toward Grand is another recepticle as well as across the street next to the school. Mainly its people cleaning out their cars before they leave. It needs to be emptied on a daily basis. Sad to say it is consistently missed on trash pickup day.
