Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt Team – Concrete Panel Replacement - CRS#-20020923137 noted as of 11/12/2013 that side of property needs repairs. Rated Priority 16 out of 35. Tentative repair schedule is for this to be executed before November 2020
Richmond Tree Mgmt Team - Pruning and Tree Root Shaving - CRS#-20020932378 is still pending pruning schedule

3/15/2014 - Service Review: Richmond Tree Mgmt Team noted there are not City owned trees at this location that will need maintenance by Richmond. The sidewalk panels are City owned and have been placed on the tentative repair schedule (Rated Priority 16 out of 35. Tentative repair schedule is for this to be executed before November 2020).
