Description

Traffic light, again, is turning red for Lavista Rd drivers in the early morning hours when there is no cross traffic from Biltmore Drive NE. It lets 2-3 cars through on Lavista and proceeds to turn to red even with a line a cars waiting to proceed. Again, no traffic coming off of Biltmore Drive NE.
