Description

This ditch culvert is still blocked with enormous amount of debris. The County Public Works needs this area free of debris while cleaning out other County responsible areas upstream so that this culvert in question can be clear of current debris. Photo was sent with initial request to investigate. The HOA may be responsible due to the fact that this area is considered HOA Common Property and not that of the 590 Lot Owner where a new home is about to be constructed.
