Description
Because of construction on Paliside ave, detour traffic is flowing via Concord street and fleet street. This section of the street has stop signs but people overflowing from adjacent Route 139 do not bother about that.
Not one is stopping and almost 9 out of 10 cars driving above speed limit.
Cars are very fast, and also there are Began line buses, trucks etc. There needs to be a State trooper or city police guiding the vehicles.

This is not about few cars speeding and JCPD issuing a ticket or two. This is about construction happening on paliside ave every weekday and 100s of cars overflowing into a local street and speeding. This needs to be handled in a systematic manner.
I spoke with the State trooper on duty and seems like there is a disconnect between State and jersey city as to who should provide additional resources.
If you want I can take a video of speeding cars, Jitny line buses and trucks but proactive action should be taken before someone gets hurt.
