Description

Tall Spruce tree along the roadside on city property on my neighbor's side of the yard (next to their mailbox) has unsightly low hanging limbs and most of those are dead. Please assess and eval for raising the canopy (removing the low hanging dead limbs) for driveway clearance for my neighbor and I, and the trucks that pass under it have damaged/broken off some limbs. Furthermore, the roots are exposed and lifted my driveway (zoned portion of city property) resulting now in a tripping hazard.
