Across from 21 Wooster Square Place in Wooster Square Park - there is a huge healthy historic tree bough hanging from the trunk due to a criminally irresponsible person detonating red, white and blue fireworks last night seen above the trees from my home. After the explosion of colors there was a loud unnatural boom! The above was sadly the result.
