Description

The steep hill and hairpin turn from E 33rd Street & Park Blvd to the top of the hill at E 33rd is a two-way street. This section is seeing an unprecedented number of cars parked on both sides of the street whereby creating accidents, near misses, and difficult navigation for trucks and if two vehicles are traveling in both directions at the same time. It would be much safer to create a one-lane ONE-WAY street to improve the flow of traffic, slowdown speeding cars, avoiding traffic accidents, and to enforce parking violations like parking in red zones, parking in "No Parking" areas, and clearing overgrown brush to improve visual clearance.
