Hello and thank you for reporting the issue - There are many possible reasons for flooding many are private issues that deal with the private property elevation that the city can not correct. However, We will forward your concerns to the Engineering Dept for further review and will also inform the stormwater dept to ensure that the drains along 5th Street are clear because the street pitch is to the water.

Unfortunately because of the shifting of the soil under the road, This area does not flow towards the lake it flows from a high Ridgepoint into our driveway and yard in the driveway across from us. The area needs to be scraped and re-graded. Also there is no drain at the end of the road on fifth Street the water there was about 8“ while the high watermark in our yard was 11”.

Stormwater VACTORED THE C/B'S AND RAN THE LINES. REMOVED BLOCKAGES AND DEBRIS.
