"Please contact that agency to follow-up." --from the comment posted above yours, from DPW: they have no control over USPS, you need to direct your energies to getting _that_ organization to clean their graffitti'd mail boxes...

still there along with countless other usps tagged mailboxes. Please contact them and have them clean it up or have the city do it and charge the post office. Thank you.
