Description

Graffiti everywhere STILL. Trash all over the ground. Homeless sleeping in sleeping bags. Random personal items scattered everywhere. Disgusting park. Clearly the city doesn't care. Smells like pee everywhere. Graffiti is on dumpsters, walls, stage area, floor. Everywhere.
