House is rented out and last tenants were evicted now new people came and didn’t see any moving trucks but are drinking and smoking on property. Makes the neighborhood look like trash, have many cars in and out. There should be requirements for tenants hence the last that were evicted... run backgrounds, make sure they have decent jobs! Such an eye sore!
